CONCERNS WITH PRODUCTS:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a NO RETURN policy. However we recognize that unexpected situations can occur.  We are always willing to review and resolve concerns on an individual basis. 

Should there be issues and concerns with our products, you may contact us at our FB page Wheatberry Bakery & Cafe or 09175338061 and 86416164. Issue and concerns with our products will be accommodated only within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly be informed that a change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or exchange. Also delays caused by third-party delivery services (Lalamove, Grab Express etc.).
